Oh no...I've hit a plateau!

I'm 1 month into eating lowcarb and so far I have lost 13lbs.  Time has gone by so quickly.  I’ve dropped a dress size and am noticing more and more changes in my body everyday.  The weight really started to come off on the 3rd and 4th week.  I’m happy to lose 13lbs but I’m ready to lose even more.  Last week and this week have been somewhat of a challenge because I’ve had pink eye and strep throat and haven’t been able to workout. I’ve noticed the scale seems to be stuck on a number and my weight won’t budge.  I’m trying not to be discouraged, but I’m a little disappointed.  I’m really hoping to get well soon because I really don’t want to be setback on losing more weight.  I really don’t like plateaus, but I fear that I have run into one.  What do you do when you run into a weight plateau?
