Happy Low Carb Thursday! :-) I woke up this morning and weighed and was so excited to see that I have lost a total of 5 pounds in 3 days.  I gained 4 pounds over the holidays, so it's great to lose that weight and an extra pound.  I'm going to do the "Fat Fat" for it least one more day, maybe more.  I've lost 29lbs total in 7 months by eating low carb!  I'm living low carb and loving it!  Goodbye Metabolic Resistance, Hello Weight Loss!
