It's that time of year when we all feel more motivated than ever to get into the gym and lose weight.  I've lost 28lbs total in 6 months and 3 weeks by eating low carb and I'm ready to lose the rest in 2010.  I'm working on my New Years Resolution list, so as soon as I finish it I will share it with you.  Sorry this blog is short and sweet!  Happy 2010!  What is your New Years Resolution?
