I'm starting my 7th week of eating lowcarb.  The last two weeks I'm losing at a rate of about a pound a week.  I've been eating about 20 carbs a day and am in ketosis so I know I'm still losing inches and burning fat.  I wish the scale would move a little bit quicker!  I'm going to start sharing what I'm eating during each day.  If you have any advice or want to share recipes please comment back on my blog or post your favorite lowcarb recipes on my forum.

Lunch:  chicken breast with green beans
Snack: 2 Oscar Meyer Cheese Hot dogs
Dinner: Leftover Chipotle Barbacoa Bowl.  It contains roast, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
