I went swimsuit shopping.  Enough said.  Does anyone else dread swimsuit shopping?  I know I shouldn't be down on myself because I've only been lowcarbing for almost 2 weeks, but It is so hard when you want to go shopping and try on something and feel sexy and you don't even feel close to sexy.  After my swimsuit experience, it encouraged me to continue along my journey, let me emphasize JOURNEY.  I know the weight is not going to come off overnight, but it will come off over time with consistency.  Day by day and pound by pound I will knock off this fat to make my body not round.  :-)  I'm a poet and didn't know it.  But on a serious note I am taking it one day at a time and I know that in the end I will find myself again.
