The Big 20

I know in my video blog yesterday I shared with you how I was disappointed that I didn’t lose any weight last week, but today I have some exciting news.  I weighed this morning and I’ve lost another pound.  It was a great way to start my day!  I’ve lost 20lbs total in 11 weeks and one day.  I’ve been losing about a pound a week, which is slower than I wish.  I still have about 20-30lbs to lose and I don’t understand why I’m losing weight so slowly.  Does anyone have any advice on why I’m losing weight so slowly? or Is this pretty normal to lose only 1 pound a week?  Please share any struggles you've had with losing weight.
