Time for Eggs-ellence

When things aren’t working, it’s time to change. A couple of months ago I completed the Atkins Fat Fast for a week with a lot of weight loss success and so I’m going to try a similar plan that my friend Jimmy Moore is currently doing to lose weight. He’s eating a diet made up of eggs, butter, cheese, and cream cheese. I’m determined to reach my goal weight soon and I’m tired of my weight getting stalled and fluctuating. I will keep you posted on my weight loss success and how this EGGS-ellent Fast is working.
