Weight Loss Tracker

How do you keep track of your weight loss success? I've been using the scale, measurements, clothes, and ketostix to measure my weight loss. I also want to share some online weight trackers that you might enjoy using. They are easy to use and make losing weight fun. I feel like an infomercial, but on a serious note I use these trackers all of the time and they really keep me motivated. I will post my weight with my weight trackers on the website soon. I'm trying to work up the courage to post my weight. I can't even begin to describe to you how horrifying that thought is to me, but I'm going to do it very soon.
The first tracker I use is: http://www.tickerfactory.com On ticker factory, you set your weight loss goal and enter your current weight. As you lose weight it shows you how many pounds you've lost and how many pounds you have left to lose to achieve your goal. It also tracks your BMI. The second tool I use is http://www.skinnyr.com It does the same thing but it tracks your weight and BMI in a line graph. The last tool that I use infrequently is https://www.weight-tracker.com. It's very similar to the last 2 trackers but it also tracks your body fat. This tool has not been as useful to me because I haven't had my body fat measured yet, but I hope to do so soon. Lately this has been a fun way for me to track my weight loss, but tracking your weight loss can be as simple as writing it down on a piece of paper or tracking it in a calendar. I've done both and have liked tracking my weight loss like that too.
When you are losing weight you need positive reinforcement. Tracking my weight loss keeps me encouraged and focused. Find a tool that works for you and stick to it. It will be completely worth it in the end to be able to see your whole journey along the way. How do your track you weight loss? If you have any tools that you find helpful, please feel free to share them. We are on in this journey together!

thing is that you test yourself using the same technique and the same formula every time.
